A positive test to cocaine has landed apprentice jockey Tom Sadler a four-month suspension.
Sadler tested positive to the banned substance at the Swan Hill meeting on July 27 and again after Caulfield trackwork the following morning.
Apprenticed to his father John, Sadler pleaded guilty to two charges of having the drug in his system.
Sadler was stood down from riding on August 12.
He can resume riding trackwork once he has provided a clear drug test and can resume race riding on December 12.
