Champion 2YO Vancouver has been ruled out of the Spring racing carnival with connections spelling the colt. Vancouver’s most notable win was in the Golden Slipper, he had one start this preparation where he finished fourth in the San Domenico Stakes.
Vancouver was purchased for $40,000,000 after his 2YO preparation and had dominated early Golden Rose betting until his poor trial last week.
Vancouver to be spelled, misses the remainder of the spring carnival. Disappointing to lose last season’s dominant two year old.
