Group One winner Go Indy Go’s racing career is over with the mare expected to be served by Fastnet Rock later this month.
The winner of the 2014 Champagne Stakes, Go Indy Go failed to live up to expectations the following spring and was given a long spell.
Her inability to put on weight was the biggest concern although extensive tests failed to find any reason.
On Monday, Andrew Gluyas, who trained the mare in partnership with Leon Macdonald in Adelaide, said the same problems had resurfaced.
“It’s come up again exactly the same as before,” Gluyas said.
