Last season’s Classic winners feature prominently in the TAB’s Caulfield Cup market while Cox Plate invitee Arod is one of four joint-favourites for the weight-for-age feature at Moonee Valley.
There were 173 nominations on Tuesday for the Cox Plate and 209 for the Caulfield Cup.
New Zealand Derby and Australian Derby winner Mongolian Khan is the TAB’s $10 favourite for the Caulfield Cup in first markets.
Australian Derby runner-up Hauraki is at $12 alongside Rosehill Guineas winner Volkstok’n’barrell.
