Damien Oliver remains committed to adding to his riding record but admits it is not getting any easier.
Oliver collected a record eighth Scobie Breasley Medal for riding excellence in Victoria on Sunday night.
The 42-year-old overhauled Dwayne Dunn and Craig Williams late in the season to also win his 10th Melbourne jockeys premiership.
“I’m getting towards the end and it won’t be long until it’s over,” Oliver said.
“I’m in the home straight of my career so I’ve got to make every post a winner.
